To secure your spot, I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid to either of the following:

If privacy is a priority, I can arrange payment via Bitcoin, just email me to request my BTC address.

If you need to change your date, we can organise a new one that suits both of our schedules and your deposit can be transferred to a new date of your choosing.

In the event of a personal emergency in which I can not make our shoot, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date for you.

In the event of an outside interference that is out of both of our control, your deposit will be issued as a credit for use at another time.

cancellations

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that circumstances can change. As sessions generally cannot be re-filled at short notice, cancellations are treated seriously and the following applies:

Sydney sessions rescheduled/cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice: the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
Sessions rescheduled/cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice: the full shoot fee is payable within 7 days as a short-notice cancellation fee.
Domestic tours and location-included packages cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice: the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.

Where a genuine reason prevents a session from going ahead and rescheduling isn't possible, this is of course understood.

Transferring your session: if you're unable to attend but know someone who would like your spot, I'm happy to transfer the booking to them with no cancellation penalty.
Sessions that cannot proceed with more than 7 days notice: your deposit will be held as credit toward a future session, regardless of any changes to pricing.

Payment

The remaining shoot fee is due on the day of your session. Electronic proofs are released once payment has been received (though there will be plenty of opportunities to view images on the back of the camera during your session!).

Payment for any additional edits is due before retouching begins, to the accounts listed above.

On the Day & Turnaround

Sessions longer than 4 hours include a short break. Return times are estimates; any delay does not affect your fee. Please note that your turnaround period begins when I receive your image selections, not at the conclusion of the session.

Your session runs as one continuous block of time and can't be split across multiple days or into separate morning and afternoon sittings, unless discussed prior with me. Session times are also a maximum, not a target - if you don't end up needing all of your allocated time and would like to wrap up early, that time can't be saved for another day or redeemed for extra edits.

Client Responsibilities

I'm glad to offer a second opinion and guidance on what to look for in outfits and locations, but I do not source or book these on your behalf. Locations, props, outfit hire, hair and makeup, and any preparation undertaken ahead of your session remain your responsibility.

My service covers the photography itself.
