To secure your spot, I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid to either of the following:
If you need to change your date, we can organise a new one that suits both of our schedules and your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months of the initial booking.
In the event of a personal emergency in which I can not make our shoot, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date for you.
In the event of an outside interference that is out of both of our control, your deposit will be issued as a credit for use at another time.

Location, props, outfit hire, hair and makeup, and procedures undertaken in preparation for your shoot are not my responsibility. My service is simply a service.
The remainder of your shoot fee is due on your shoot date. Electronic proofs will not be returned until payment is made, though there will be plenty of looking at the back of the camera! Payment for additional edits is due before I start work retouching them, to the same accounts listed above.
Though I can give second opinions, describe what kind of features to look at when looking at outfits and locations, I will not source them nor book them on your behalf.
For Shoots over 4 hours I do require a short break to sit down. Return times are estimates and if an unfortunately a delay occurs this does not void any of your fee. The return timeframe begins when I receive your selections, not when we finish taking the photos.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice in Sydney will result in your deposit being sacrificed as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or date reschedules with less than 7 days notice for bookings on domestic tours will result in your deposit being sacrificed as a cancellation fee.
If you can't make it to your shoot but know a friend who would like your spot I am happy to transfer the shoot to them with no cancellation penalty.
If your shoot can not go ahead, your deposit figure will be put on credit, regardless of whether pricing changes.
